- Identity & contact data — name, email, phone number
- Booking data — pickup/drop-off, date/time, passengers, vehicle class, special requests
- Payment data — payment status and references processed via payment partners (we do not store full card numbers on our servers when using hosted gateways)
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information for security and diagnostics
- Communications — messages you send via forms, WhatsApp or email
3. How we use your data
- To create and fulfil bookings and provide customer support
- To process payments, invoices and refunds where applicable
- To communicate confirmations, trip updates and service notices

Our primary operations are in Saudi Arabia. If tools or processors outside the Kingdom are used, we take reasonable steps to protect your information in line with applicable requirements.

8. Retention
We retain booking and invoice records for as long as needed for operations, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them where appropriate.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please protect your account credentials.
10. Your rights

11. Children
Our services are intended for adults arranging travel. Where bookings include minors, the adult booker is responsible for providing accurate information.
12. Payments
Payment card details entered on gateway pages are handled by the payment provider under their privacy terms. We receive confirmation and limited transaction metadata needed for invoices and reconciliation.
13. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions.
